Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Most orders are shipped directly from our authorized distributor warehouses.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via major carriers such as UPS or FedEx depending on the product and warehouse location.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, product availability, and carrier operations.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are typically 3–7 business days within the continental United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time we only ship to addresses within the continental United States (48 states).

We do not ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• APO / FPO addresses
• P.O. Boxes (for certain products)

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different warehouses depending on product availability.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. HD USA Parts is not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
